Brighton and Hove

Role: Architect from concept to completion
Completion: November 2019

The house sits on a private road between Hove Lagoon and the sea with the rear of the house backing onto a private beach. The house was remodelled and updated throughout. The front entrance was re-located to the first floor at beach level and the front balconies were infilled. We also added a new two storey side extension for a lap pool and jacuzzi with study above. We achieved planning for a roof lantern sun room overlooking the sea and opening out on to the new terrace.
