We reconfigured this one bedroom ground floor flat by extending out the rear of the property and adding a glazed side extension for the Kitchen/Dining and Living space. This additional space allowed for the bedroom to be moved forward into the centre of the plan, creating a Study/Spare bedroom at the front with folding doors to be used as part of the Master Bedroom. A courtyard was created between the new kitchen and bedroom to bring daylight and ventilation into the bedroom and bathroom.
